My experiences with Real Solutions resulted after I inherited my brother’s property in St. Thomas.  Without any familiarity about probate procedures or real estate protocols on the island, I relied extensively on Cara to help me maneuver through the many challenges of transitioning ownership and eventually selling the property.  Cara was the same person who assisted my brother ten years earlier and he was always complementary about the help she provided to him.

Real Solutions has been an active real estate agency on the island for a number of years and they are most familiar about the properties on the island.  Cara provided selling strategies for me to consider that made the entire process seamless and without me spending an exorbitant amount of time with the effort.

I can’t thank Cara enough for competent service she provided.  As I mentioned to Cara, if at some point l decide to buy a ‘retirement’ property for myself in St. Thomas, she will be the first person I call!!!

We recently bought a beautiful two bedroom condo in Cowpet Bay East. We used the services of Margo Lynch, Real Estate Agent, to assist us in navigating the purchase. We could not have made a better selection in our choice of a knowledgeable Agent. Margo helped us from beginning to end. to successfully navigate the transaction. She steered us to the right attorney, bank, broker and closer while also working seamlessly with the sellers and their real estate agent.. This team under Margo’s watch made it happen for us in record time.We purchased our unit with partial rentals in mind and she hooked us up with an extremely knowledgeable property manager who we know will help us meet our occupancy goal. We wanted some renovation and interior decorator assistance and again Margo was our Woman Friday in finding the right people for these aforementioned tasks.

Needless to say, we were more than pleased with the consumate professionalism she brought to the table. Additionally, she was just a fun person to work with. We recommend her highly because in our judgment, you can’t go wrong using Margo’s expertise and knowledge of the island and the marketplace.

Moving to St Thomas is so much more than buying a house. Margo not only found us a spectacular home but she also provided invaluable guidance and insight about moving to the Virgin Islands. She’s got a fresh jeep and if you don’t use Margo and Real Solutions, you’re stupid.
