Point Pleasant Resort is located on the East End of St. Thomas, VI, offering hillside condominiums that are equally suitable as vacation rentals or long term rentals. There are an abundance of slightly different sizes and layouts, from studio condos to two bedroom units. The property sits adjacent to Margaritaville Hotel, and about two miles West of Red Hook.
One big advantage of Point Pleasant is their “hotel program”, which is capable of managing your unit from taking reservations, collecting income, check in and out services, cleaning, and maintenance of the unit itself. Yes, they take a portion of the income for their services, but it allows a total hands off approach for the owner and they will supply you with monthly accounting. I have personally found they do a pretty good job too.
There are two pools, two restaurants, a laundry, and access to the water/beach.
